Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Bangalore
Job Profile:

  • Should have adequate knowledge maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC / VMC/HMC machines.
  • Should have in-depth experience in Conditioning Monitoring of various Plant Machinery.
  • Should have expertise in Predicative Maintenance mechanism
  • Should have knowledge in Safety aspects of manufacturing industry and monitor the safety issues in the plant on regular basis.
  • Maintaining quality standards for plant maintenance, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective and preventive action.
  • Should have knowledge in Electrical maintenance and should have experience in handling various preventive/ periodic maintenance activities.
  • Hands on experience in trouble shooting Electrical Panels, PCBs, Switch gears, DG Set operation.
  • Attending to line failures & ensuring execution of CAPA to overcome the failure
  • Preparing MIS Reports (Weekly Production Report, NC Report, Consumption Report & Coverage Report) and process Analysis Charts.
  • Collect the data for the causes of process / mechanical problems, and solve the problems on the machine.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Take necessary preventive steps to smoothen the operational lines.
  • Maintaining of 5’s activity, to ensuring safety, discipline, & productivity in the shop floor.
  • Willing to work in all 3 shifts

 
Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Condition Monitoring of Plant & Machinery
  • Predictive Maintenance  Electrical / Machinery / Utilities of Plant
  • Knowledge of  VMC and HMC programming and trouble shooting
  • Should have knowledge in machine maintenance and repairs
  • Liaison with various vendors for Annual preventive maintenance and SLA Activities

 
Educational Qualification & required job experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering only.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Shop floor (preferably in precision  component manufacturing / automobile industry)
