Wipro Kawasaki Precision Machinery Private Limited is leading manufacturer of hydraulic components for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of excavators in India. In the past decade, we have expanded our product range, added customers and maintained our cost competitiveness. Our market share today is approximately 60% in Hydraulic Pumps in India. Wipro Kawasaki JV agreement was signed on 06th December 2011 & the company was incorporated on 09th February 2012. This is a remarkable journey which could not have been possible without the strong leadership and cooperation between both the joint venture partners.
Wipro Kawasaki commenced production in December 2012 from Kumbalgodu location and increased its capacity to 30000 units annually. We would like to position our self as production base to Kawasaki group by localizing more parts and exporting to Kawasaki group companies. There is ample opportunity of other businesses, such as reconditioning business, trading of general market pump/motor. We are evaluating more localization of parts for existing products and all the different segments which we can enter into once the new factory is operational completely.
In 2019 manufacturing plant in Bidadi was commenced, which gives us a great opportunity to evaluate new products to manufacture and new market segments that we can address. It should help us grow significantly faster than the industry.

As a pioneering manufacturer of industrial robots, Robot Division provides various industries, including the automotive and electronics industries, with many robots for use in welding, assembly, handling, painting, and palletization.
