Job Profile:
- Incoming quality, In process quality, Final Inspection
- New Product Development Quality
- ISO /TS 16949 & ISO14001 QMS implementation and audit handling exposure
- Internal Quality Audit
- Product and Process audit
- Corrective and preventive action
- Gauge Planning and coordination with supplier for developing the new product & Engineering change product gauges.
- Preparation of PPAP for New product and engineering changes.
- Metallurgy Lab & Metrology Lab Experience
- Layout Inspection and Revalidation of the product.
- Calibration & MSA activities.
- Customer Complaints handling, effective problem solving and Global 8D.
- Conducting the Warranty Failure Analysis Field failure analysis with Customer and Dealer
- Customer handling
- Knowledge on casting & foundry process
- Knowledge on machining and heat treatment
- Knowledge on metallurgy
- Manpower handling experience
- Hydraulic/Engine/precision products based experience will be preferred

Skills and Knowledge required:
- Knowledge in QA and QC, should have lead the organisation in achieving and continually maintaining quality standards such as ISO /TS 16949 & ISO14001 QMS
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (castings and machining and heat treatment).

Educational Qualification:
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
|
Required job experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance (preferably in hydraulic component manufacturing / heavy engineering / automobile industry)
